מספר הכרחי
Sum of each letter's standard value.
Adds the standard value of every letter (א=1 … י=10 … ק=100 … ת=400); final-form letters count as their base value. This is the default, most common method.

מספר גדול
Standard sum, but final letters take 500–900.
Like Mispar Hechrachi, except the five final forms get their large values: ך=500, ם=600, ן=700, ף=800, ץ=900.
שלום (final mem) = 300 + 30 + 6 + 600 = 936.
מספר סידורי
Sum of each letter's position (1–22).
Each letter is valued by its place in the alphabet (א=1, ב=2 … ת=22) rather than its standard value; final forms equal their base letter.
ק is the 19th letter, ר the 20th: קר = 19 + 20 = 39.
מספר קטן
Sum of standard values with trailing zeros dropped.
Each letter's standard value is reduced to a single significant digit (10→1, 20→2, 100→1, 400→4), then summed.
תר = 400→4, 200→2 → 4 + 2 = 6.
קטן מספרי
Digital root of the standard total.
Take the Mispar Hechrachi total and repeatedly sum its digits until one digit (1–9) remains.
שלום = 376 → 3+7+6 = 16 → 1+6 = 7.
מספר פרטי
Sum of each letter's standard value squared.
Square every letter's standard value, then add them up.
אבג = 1² + 2² + 3² = 1 + 4 + 9 = 14.
מספר משולש
Sum of each letter's standard value cubed.
Cube every letter's standard value, then add them up.
אבג = 1³ + 2³ + 3³ = 1 + 8 + 27 = 36.
המרובע הכללי
The whole standard total, squared.
Compute the Mispar Hechrachi total of the word, then square that single number.
אבג: total 6 → 6² = 36.
מספר מוספי
Standard total + number of letters.
Add the count of letters in the word to its Mispar Hechrachi total.
אבג = 6 + 3 letters = 9.
מספר כולל
Standard total + number of words.
Add the number of words in the phrase to its Mispar Hechrachi total (adds 1 for a single word).
A two-word phrase adds 2 to the standard total.
מספר בונה
Sum of the running cumulative totals.
Read left to right keeping a running sum; after each letter add the running sum so far. Earlier letters are effectively counted more times.
אבג → running sums 1, 3, 6 → 1 + 3 + 6 = 10.
מספר קדמי
Each letter → sum of all standard values up to it; then sum.
Replace each letter with the triangular total of every alphabet value up to and including it, then add those up.
ג → 1 + 2 + 3 = 6.
מספר האחור
Each letter's value × its position; then sum.
Multiply every letter's standard value by its position in the word (1st, 2nd, …), then sum.
דג = (4×1) + (3×2) = 4 + 6 = 10.
מספר שמי
Sum of the gematria of each letter's full name.
Spell out each letter's name in full and take its standard gematria, then sum across letters.
א spelled אלף = 1 + 30 + 80 = 111.
מספר נעלם
Letter-name value minus the letter itself (the 'hidden' part).
Like Mispar Shemi, but drop the letter's own value from its spelled name — only the hidden remainder of the name counts.
א = אלף; hidden part לף = 30 + 80 = 110.
מספר מספרי
Sum of the gematria of each letter-value's spelled-out number.
For each letter, spell out the Hebrew word for its standard number and take that word's gematria, then sum.
א = 1 → אחד = 1 + 8 + 4 = 13.
אופנים
Each letter → the last letter of its name; then sum.
Replace each letter with the final letter of its spelled-out name and sum the standard values.
ב is spelled בית, ending in ת → 400.
אתב"ש
Reverse the alphabet (א↔ת, ב↔ש …), then sum.
Swap each letter with its mirror from the opposite end of the alphabet, then take standard values.
אב → ת + ש = 400 + 300 = 700.
אלב"ם
Split into two halves of 11; pair across (א↔ל …), then sum.
Divide the 22 letters into two groups of 11 and pair each letter with the one 11 places away.
א → ל = 30.
אחב"י
Mirror within each half of the alphabet (א↔כ …), then sum.
Within each 11-letter half, pair the outermost letters inward, then take standard values.
א → כ = 20.
אטב"ח
Pair letters that sum to 10 / 100 / 1000, then sum.
Swap letters within units, tens and hundreds so each pair completes a power of ten (א↔ט, ב↔ח … י↔צ …).
א → ט = 9.
אי"ק בכ"ר
Rotate within nine same-digit-place triads, then sum.
Group the letters into nine triads sharing a digit place (א-י-ק, ב-כ-ר …) and rotate each letter to the next in its triad.
א → י = 10.
אח"ס בט"ע
Cyclic shift within three groups; ת stays fixed.
Three letter groups (א–ז, ח–נ, ס–ש) each shift one place cyclically; ת is unchanged.
א → ב = 2.
אבג"ד
Each letter → the next in the alphabet, then sum.
Shift every letter forward one place (א→ב … ת→א), then take standard values.
אבג"ד הפוך
Each letter → the previous in the alphabet, then sum.
Shift every letter back one place (ב→א … א→ת), then take standard values.
ב → א = 1.
